Online Notary Services

  • $25 per online notarial act (per person)
  • $1.00 for each additional signer
Mobile Notary Services (General Notary Work)

Travel fees based on distance from our office:

  • 1-10 miles – $35
  • 11-20 miles – $45
  • 21-30 miles – $55
  • 31-40 miles – $65
  • 41-50 miles – $75
  • 51-60 miles – $85
    Fees are in addition to any other charges authorized under Section TX Law 406.024.
Loan Signing Services

  • $125 Flat Rate (Includes Loan Signings, Full Purchase, Reverse Mortgage, Loan Applications, Cash Deals, and more.)
  • All Loan Signing Fees include travel
Additional Fees (Mobile & Loan Signings)

  • No-Show Fee: $75 (After 35-minute wait, the appointment is marked as a no-show.)
  • Cancellation Fee: $50 (If canceled less than 2 hours before the appointment or if the Notary Signing Agent is en route.)
  • Client Refusal to Sign: $35 - $85 (Fee depends on travel distance; all attempts will be made to contact the responsible party before assessing this fee.)
